THE ART OF TASTE

A sensory journey at the intersection of art, food, and design

“The Art of Taste” is an immersive dinner series that unites a curated community of visionaries from the realms of art, cuisine, and design. Each edition takes place in a culturally significant location—be it an art gallery, an artist’s studio, a museum, an architectural landmark, or a collector’s private home—where the experience of dining becomes a form of artistic expression and dialogue. The inaugural event in Paris sets the stage for the series, establishing the creative tone for future editions in Los Angeles, Miami, Tokyo, and beyond.

Meet The Chef

Luis Dynamite Berg

Luis Dynamite Berg

Executive Chef

Chef Luis Dynamite Berg approaches food as a form of art - expressive, intentional, and meant to be experienced. Born in Austria and raised in California, his cooking lives at the intersection of European precision and West Coast creativity.

His work is informed by time spent in some of the world’s most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, including Gucci Osteria in Beverly Hills and Amador in Vienna. These global influences come through in the way flavors are layered, textures are balanced, and plates are composed with confidence and elegance.

Each dish tells a story. For Chef Luis cooking is precise yet expressive, guided by taste, texture, and intuition - inviting guests to slow down, engage their senses, and discover something unexpected with every course.
